Every workforce participant carries a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or equivalent state clearance)
Current First Aid + CPR, verified in OzlerShield
Mandatory training modules complete in Skill2Care before talent pool acceptance
Police check, right-to-work, and professional registration (AHPRA where applicable) all verified
Replacement coverage planned for shifts that fall through — no additional fee
