Ownership & privacy
You do. Always. The record belongs to you, tied to your Medicare number and NDIS Worker Screening record. If you delete your Pass, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days (except where Australian Privacy Principles require retention for audit purposes).
No. Employers only see credentials you explicitly share. You control every share — revoke access any time. Historic shares keep their audit trail (what was verified when) but no future updates flow after revocation.
Verification
OzlerPass queries the AHPRA public register daily. Your Pass reflects the current status — if your registration is suspended or has conditions, that’s visible on the Pass. We don’t claim to ‘integrate’ with AHPRA beyond the public register.
NDIS Worker Screening Database (NWSD) status is polled through your provider-authorised workflow, not a third-party API. When you link your Pass to an employer, they see your current status; if you move from Cleared to Excluded, linked employers are alerted within 24 hours.
Cross-employer portability
Nothing on your side. You revoke the old employer’s access if you want to. You share your Pass with the new employer. Your credential history, training completions, and screening record stay intact. Onboarding at the new employer compresses dramatically.
