One platform for staffing, training & compliance

Australiancare,fullyintegrated.

Workforce and compliance, built as one system. When you engage Ozler, your staff arrive pre-credentialed, pre-trained, and audit-ready — because we built the workforce inside the compliance platform, not around it.

How we're different

Most providers juggle two separate systems. We are one.

An agency supplies staff. A different platform runs compliance. Credentials live in one place, rosters in another, and the paperwork follows you into every audit. Ozler is the opposite of that.

The old way

  • Agency sends a worker. Their credentials live on someone else's spreadsheet.
  • Training records and compliance checks sit in a separate platform.
  • Manual handoffs, paper forms, emailed PDFs before every audit.
  • Expired credentials discovered during the shift, not before.

The Ozler way

  • Every worker is already in OzlerShield, with live credentials.
  • Training is current in Skill2Care — completion auto-updates the credential.
  • OzlerPass travels with the worker across every placement.
  • Audit evidence is already assembled. The system does the paperwork.

When you engage an Ozler care worker, their credentials are already live in OzlerShield, their training is already current in Skill2Care, and their portable OzlerPass travels with them. The worker doesn't re-prove themselves at every shift. The facility doesn't chase paperwork before every audit. The system does it — because the system was built first, and the workforce was built on top.

How It Works

The Integration Flywheel

Every action in one product triggers relevant workflows across the ecosystem.

Credential Renewal Loop

First Aid expires → OzlerShield alerts → One-click Skill2Care enrolment → Completion auto-updates credential → OzlerPass reflects change

Incident Response Loop

Worker reports incident → OzlerSIRS captures → Investigation reveals training gap → Skill2Care module assigned automatically

Audit Evidence Loop

Audit date approaches → OzlerReady generates pack → Pulls live data from Shield + SIRS + Policy → Timestamped, ready to submit

Standards Update Loop

Government updates standards → OzlerPolicy flags policies → Drafts revisions → Skill2Care pushes updated training

Industry Context

The regulatory stakes in Australian care

These are industry figures, not Ozler metrics — context for why workforce and compliance have to run as one system. Sources noted on each figure.

Supporting Actions under the Standards
Every residential and home care provider must evidence all 154 actions from 1 November 2025.

215 min
Care Minutes per Resident per Day
Sector-wide target. 44 of those minutes must be delivered by a Registered Nurse.

SIRS Priority 1 Reporting Deadline
Reportable incidents involving serious harm or death must be notified within this window.

Max SIRS Penalty (body corporate)
Persistent late SIRS reporting by body corporates — contextual figure, not a per-incident cap.

Screening Expiry Wave

The first wave of 5-year NDIS Worker Screening Checks is now expiring. One expired credential during audit = automatic non-conformance.

Mandatory Registration

SIL and platform providers must register by July 2026 or cease operating. Most have never been audited.

24-Hour Reporting

Priority 1 incidents must be reported within 24 hours under SIRS. Significant civil penalties for non-compliance.

A note from the founding team
Ozler is new. We built it because the people running Australian care operations deserve better tools — workforce and compliance as one system, not two. If that resonates, we want to work with you directly.

We're onboarding a small cohort of design partners — aged care and NDIS providers who help shape the product in exchange for early access, direct founder support, and preferential pricing.
