Residential aged care subscribers can generate the Care Minutes Performance Statement required from the 2025-26 Aged Care Financial Report onwards, and the supplement estimator for non-specialised metro homes receiving supplement funding from 1 April 2026.
Getting started
About 30 minutes for a single-site, single-sector provider. Multi-site or hybrid providers take longer only because there is more to answer — we route dynamically so you never see questions that don't apply.
No. You can score based on attestation first and upload evidence as you go. An attestation-only score is lower than an evidence-backed score — that's intentional. Uploading documents moves you toward your true readiness level.
Evidence pack format
A paginated PDF with a cover sheet mapping every document to the relevant supporting action, plus a structured ZIP of supporting documents. Each document carries provenance metadata (author, review date, version). Sample pack available on request.
The cover sheet is digitally signed on generation with a timestamped hash. We don't wet-sign anything on your behalf — that's always the accountable officer's call.
Regulatory coverage
Our team monitors the Aged Care Rules 2025 (being released iteratively), NDIS Commission guidance, and Federal Register of Legislation. When a Rule lands, OzlerReady rescores affected outcomes automatically and flags them in your dashboard — without a price change, regardless of your tier.
OzlerReady does not rely on PRODA. Any integrations that touch NDIS Provider Portal access are being built for myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager ahead of the 30 September 2026 transition deadline.
