Care Minutes Supplement funding begins

What happens if you're not prepared?
Civil Penalties
Civil penalties for persistent late SIRS reporting by body corporates reach $1.65 million under the Aged Care Act 2024. The same Act authorises penalties of up to 4,800 penalty units for repeated or serious breaches.
Registration Cancellation
Failure to meet requirements can result in conditions, suspension, or cancellation. Unregistered providers cannot deliver funded supports.
Funding Reductions
Poor documentation leads to inadequate evidence at plan reassessments. Participants may receive reduced funding.
