Melbourne's compliance-first nursing workforce network — credentials ready before opportunities open.
Ozler Care is building Melbourne's compliance-first nursing workforce network — inside its own compliance platform. We are pre-credentialing Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Attendants, and Disability Support Workers across Victoria and every Australian state. Every credential is verified at source (AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC), and the workforce-readiness model maps to Aged Care Act 2024 and NDIS Practice Standards obligations so every future placement will arrive with its compliance pack already loaded into your audit trail.
Four things other nursing agencies can't match.
We're a workforce network being built inside a compliance platform — not the other way around. That will change what arrives at your facility once opportunities open.
Credentials verified at source
AHPRA public register, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid + CPR — we verify every credential at source as participants enter the talent pool. No self-attestation. No photocopied certificates. No surprises.
Workforce-ready talent pool
Our future workforce is being onboarded inside OzlerShield, our own compliance platform. When opportunities open, matching by skill, proximity, and availability takes minutes — not days.
Portable credential history
Every Ozler workforce participant carries an OzlerPass — a verifiable record of their credentials, training, and (future) shift history. Audit-ready compliance you can review in seconds.
Workforce + compliance as one system
We're not building a workforce bolted onto a compliance platform. We built the compliance platform first, and are building the workforce inside it. That means every future placement arrives already in your audit trail.

Workforce network questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about registering interest, credential verification, planned service areas, and how the Ozler workforce network will fit alongside your existing rostering and compliance workflows.
Ozler Care is currently in a pre-operational setup and compliance preparation phase, completing its Victorian Labour Hire Licence and related regulatory approvals. During this phase we are building our compliance-first workforce network — workers register interest, complete pre-credentialing inside OzlerShield, and join the talent pool. Active placements will commence only after the required approvals are in place.
Melbourne metro — including the CBD, inner north, inner south, eastern suburbs, western suburbs, northern suburbs — plus regional Victoria including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Warrnambool, and the La Trobe Valley. Future coverage is planned across NSW, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and regional Australia through local partnerships.
Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), Personal Care Attendants (PCA), Disability Support Workers, Home Care Workers, and specialty nurses including palliative, wound care, continence, and dementia specialists. Talent pool eligibility expects AHPRA registration or Certificate III/IV as appropriate to the role.
Once the Victorian Labour Hire Licence and related approvals are in place. Workers who register interest now will be inside the talent pool, pre-credentialed in OzlerShield, and contacted as matching opportunities open.
Three things. First, every credential will be verified at source — AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, training records — not self-attested by the worker. Second, our workforce is being built inside our own compliance software (OzlerShield), so each profile carries its audit trail. Third, the model is regulator-aligned — every future placement will be mapped to Aged Care Act 2024 and NDIS Practice Standards obligations.
Yes. The workforce network is being built to cover all four sectors. Each has its own credential profile and training requirements and matching will follow accordingly — residential aged care facilities, NDIS-registered providers, home and community care providers, and private + public hospitals.
Yes. Providers, facilities and agencies can register interest now via the contact form. We will be in touch as the workforce network is activated and your needs match the talent we have pre-credentialed.
Every workforce-network participant will carry a portable OzlerPass — a verifiable credential record covering AHPRA status, screening checks, training modules, and (once opportunities open) shift history. The credential pack is exportable as a PDF for your auditor file.
