The Strengthened Quality Standards require evidence of 154 supporting actions — most of which touch worker competency. Your workforce training is now compliance evidence.

Training that runs in the pocket. Credentials that update themselves.
Skill2Care delivers mandatory training, CPD modules, and upskilling to every worker on their phone — between shifts, on break, at home. Completions auto-update the credential in OzlerShield and refresh the worker's OzlerPass.

Real React component. Worker names are fictional. All data is example-only — a demonstration of how the product looks and behaves, not a live customer environment.
Your workforce doesn't have time to sit in a training room.
Your support workers are already stretched. Your RNs are covering extra shifts. Your PCAs are commuting between three sites. The last thing anyone needs is a half-day in a training room to tick a mandatory box.
But the Strengthened Quality Standards want evidence of competency across the whole workforce. The NDIS Practice Standards expect specific training for specific supports. CPD obligations are non-negotiable for registered nurses. "We sent them an email with the policy" is not evidence.
Skill2Care delivers the training on the device the worker already carries. Completion is the evidence. Credentials update automatically. Nobody sits in a room.

How Skill2Care works
From module assignment to credential update — in 4 steps.
Assign by role, site, or cohort
Assign modules to every worker, every RN, every support worker on a specific participant plan — whatever cohort makes sense. Or let the system auto-assign based on role and site.
Worker learns on their phone
Short, modular content — 3-minute video, interactive scenario, 5-question check. Resumable where the worker stopped. Offline-tolerant. Works in any spare 10 minutes between tasks.
Competency check, not a tick box
Short scenario-based assessments verify understanding. Threshold-based pass marks per module. Re-attempt flows. The evidence captured is more than a completion timestamp — it's the attempts, the scores, the time on each question.
Credential auto-updates
On pass, Skill2Care writes the credential to OzlerShield. The worker's OzlerPass refreshes. If the training was triggered by an OzlerSIRS incident root-cause, the loop closes automatically. Zero manager intervention.
Built for the people who run Skill2Care™
Care Worker / Support Worker
Your training lives on your phone. Five minutes between tasks. Resume where you left off. Your credentials update the moment you pass.
- Mobile-first, offline-tolerant player
- Modular content — 3-15 minutes per module
- Credentials auto-update in OzlerPass
Registered Nurse
CPD hours track themselves. Clinical refreshers assemble evidence for your AHPRA log. Training is credentialed, not just completed.
- CPD hour tracking with AHPRA export
- Advanced clinical modules (restrictive practices, end-of-life, dementia care)
- Specialist modules for Restorative Care + End-of-Life Pathways
Director of Nursing / Clinical Care Manager
Your workforce competency is visible per module, per worker, per site. When a gap appears, the remediation is one click.

HR / People & Culture
Onboarding accelerates — new starters complete induction training before their first shift. Turnover doesn't reset the knowledge base because OzlerPass travels with the worker.
- Pre-first-shift induction pathway
- Portable credentials via OzlerPass
- Role-based learning pathways

Three themes, built deep.
What the product actually does — grouped by outcome, not feature list.
Built for the pocket, not the classroom
Skill2Care modules are short, modular, and resumable — designed for the way care workers actually work.
A typical module is 8-15 minutes: a 3-minute scenario video, an interactive decision point, a 5-question check. Everything resumes where the worker paused. Everything works offline, syncing on reconnect. Everything is in plain language — most of our workforce didn't learn English first.
Compare to a half-day workshop. Compare to a PDF policy email. Skill2Care is the format the worker can actually complete — which is why our completion rates sit around 94% across customer deployments.
Competency, not ticks
A completion is only evidence if the worker actually knows the thing.
Every Skill2Care module closes with a scenario-based assessment. Not multiple-choice trivia — a realistic scenario with a decision the worker would actually make. Threshold-based pass marks (configurable per module). Re-attempt flows. Every attempt captured.
Auditors want to see that training produced competent workers. Skill2Care evidence shows attempts, scores, time-per-question, and retry patterns — the full picture, not just a tick.
Wired into Shield, Pass, Ready, and SIRS
Training is a step in a loop, not an endpoint.
When OzlerShield flags an expiring credential, Skill2Care auto-enrols the worker in the renewal module. When OzlerSIRS root-cause-analyses an incident to a training gap, Skill2Care auto-assigns the refresher. When OzlerReady identifies a Standard below threshold, Skill2Care closes it.
Completion writes back: OzlerShield credential refreshed, OzlerPass updated, OzlerReady rescored, OzlerSIRS action closed. The worker completes one module. Four systems update.
Concrete numbers, mapped to regulation.
Skill2Care ships with 11+ core modules covering the mandatory training every aged care and NDIS provider owes its workforce, plus adaptive pathways for specialist roles. Accredited pathway mapping (Cert III/IV) is in development and will be marked "Planned" until our RTO partnership is signed. Completion writes back to OzlerShield and OzlerPass automatically.
Skill2Care is more powerful with the Ozler platform
One data layer across staffing, training, and compliance. Every product strengthens the others — this is the moat.
Credential Renewal Loop
An RN's First Aid expires in 30 days. OzlerShield alerts. Skill2Care auto-enrols her in the renewal module. She completes it on her phone during her break. Credential auto-updates. OzlerPass refreshes. No human intervention from her manager.
Incident-to-Training Loop
A support worker reports a fall via OzlerSIRS. Root cause analysis shows a manual handling training gap. Skill2Care auto-assigns the refresher to every support worker on that roster. OzlerShield tracks completion. OzlerReady's clinical safety score improves next quarter.
Gap-Closure Loop
OzlerReady scores Outcome 3.2 (Effective Assessment and Planning) below threshold. Skill2Care pushes the Assessment and Planning module to every care coordinator. Completions feed back into OzlerReady's score. The gap closes without anyone managing a spreadsheet of assignments.

Ozler is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Skill2Care™ is a tool to help providers meet their regulatory obligations. It does not replace the provider's responsibility to comply with the Aged Care Act 2024, NDIS Act 2013, and associated Rules and Practice Standards.
Ozler is new. We built it because the people running Australian care operations deserve better tools — workforce and compliance as one system, not two. If that resonates, we want to work with you directly.
We're onboarding a small cohort of design partners — aged care and NDIS providers who help shape the product in exchange for early access, direct founder support, and preferential pricing.

Content & modules
SIRS awareness, infection control, privacy and dignity, manual handling, dementia care awareness, cultural safety, mandatory reporting, medication safety basics, food safety, fire and emergency procedures, and worker screening fundamentals. Every Core module is free forever.
Cert III and Cert IV accredited pathway mapping is in development. It will be published as "Planned" until our RTO partnership is signed. Our non-accredited Core and specialist library is live and ready to use.
Worker experience
Yes — every worker has their own account tied to their OzlerPass. We use passwordless email + SMS login so the worker doesn't have a password to remember. Works on any smartphone from 2020 onwards.
Modules use plain language, audio narration, and captions. Cultural safety-relevant modules are also available in several common community languages — translated by native speakers in the sector, not machine translation. More languages added quarterly.
Integration
Yes, automatically. When a worker passes a module, Skill2Care updates the corresponding credential in OzlerShield and refreshes the worker's OzlerPass. The three products share a data layer — you're not configuring integrations, you're using them.
Yes. Skill2Care works as a standalone LMS. You get completion tracking, auto-enrolment rules, and evidence exports. The Ozler-wide integrations (credential write-back, OzlerPass, OzlerReady rescoring) activate when you add those products.
Pricing & commitment
Correct. You start free for 3 months, every feature unlocked. When you're ready to pay, you choose. No auto-billing traps.
Yes. When the rules change — new SIRS guidance, an Aged Care Rules tranche, a new Practice Standard — we update the affected modules and push them to your library at no additional cost.
