Victoria's compliance-first nursing workforce network — coverage planned from Melbourne to the Mallee.
Ozler Care is building Victoria's compliance-first nursing workforce network. We are pre-credentialing Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Attendants, and Disability Support Workers across every Victorian region — Melbourne metro, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Warrnambool, the La Trobe Valley, the Hume border, and remote Victoria. Every credential is verified at source as participants join the talent pool. The Victorian workforce network being built inside its own compliance platform.

Nursing agency in MelbourneStatewide workforce network questions, answered.
Yes. Planned coverage spans every Victorian region — Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Warrnambool, the La Trobe Valley, the Hume border, and the Mallee/Wimmera. The credential model is identical statewide: every workforce participant is AHPRA-registered or Cert-III qualified, screened, and pre-loaded into our compliance platform.
Three things. First, every credential is verified at source (AHPRA public register, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, training records) — never self-attested. Second, our future workforce lives inside our own compliance software, so the audit trail will travel with the worker. Third, the model is regulator-aligned — every future placement will be mapped to the Aged Care Act 2024 and NDIS Practice Standards obligations as part of matching, not as a separate compliance task you chase.
Once the Victorian Labour Hire Licence and related approvals are in place. Major regional centres (Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton) are priorities for the activation phase. Workers who register interest now will be inside the talent pool, pre-credentialed in OzlerShield, and contacted as matching opportunities open.
Both are planned. The workforce network is being designed to cover ad-hoc gap shifts, weekly recurring rosters, full block bookings (consecutive nights or weekends), and extended secondments for hard-to-fill specialty roles.
Ozler Care is currently in a pre-operational setup and compliance preparation phase, completing its Victorian Labour Hire Licence and related regulatory approvals. Active placement operations will commence only after the required approvals are in place. During this phase, workers and providers can register interest in the future workforce network.
Yes. Both sectors are core to the workforce network being built. NDIS support workers and disability-experienced nurses will be matched to participants whose plans align with the worker's skill set. Every future NDIS placement will carry Worker Screening clearance and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
